Our Story

We first became aware of the harm we were causing our planet in the 20th century. Acid rain was making headlines everywhere, threatening our forests and waterways. There was a growing hole in the ozone layer that, if left unchecked, would leave all life on earth exposed to deadly UV light from our sun. Humanity became aware that if we did not change our behaviour, our beautiful planet would begin to die.

In the 21st century our planet continues to face many dire issues. Climate change is a real threat to much of life on Earth, human or otherwise. Our rainforests continue to shrink due to human mismanagement. We continue to burn fossil fuels at an unsustainable rate. We continue to pollute our air and water. Shrinking glaciers and rising sea levels are a threat to the entire planet.
